I would love a 5bedroom 4 bath but i realize that I might not be able To get that with these 500k price point and 1 mil. These seem to look Like NY prices. Not everywhere in Ny is Extremely but expensive. 😢Im😢sadden because I wanted to relocate and all I’m seeing are big prices that I will not be able to afford

Sandy Springs is very nice but more expensive than many areas in Metro Atlanta. There are other cities in the Metro area where you might be able to find what your looking for, your the price range.

Really? This is not mid-century..I know everyone in the Realty industry still wants to over use this term. It's more of a 70s contemporary. It has no bones for mid-century whatsoever.

Sandy springs is not a cheap area, and unfortunately Atlanta is full of trees 🌲 unless you living in the city

I would never buy a house again surrounded by trees - No sun, roots threatening the foundation, drainage and settling issues, high gas bills and every light in that house is on.
