Лапша по- русски , а не паста. Да в России эту яичную лапшу все делали и нарезали тоненько ножом, и подслушивали , а потом отваривали или варили с в мясном бульоне. Мама у нас варила эту лапшу с гусиным мясом. Вкуснотища была. Взяли моду - ПАСТА. Тьфу.
