The Green vinegrette is "Chutney" it's essentially mint and traditional yoghurt called "Dahi" and spices as they are whisked together. The sauce you had with the kebab was a special sauce. The kebab to me seems like "Seekh kebab" or "Reshmi kebab" depending on how it's being made. This is a dish I used to have every weekend or so in Lahore.

Thanks for stopping by! There's a few spots down in Orlando where you can get some great NY Food. NY Bakery Boys for Bagels and Bacon Egg and Cheese on a Roll - They import the doughs they need from their bakery up in NY and finish baking everything down in Orlando. Dough Boyz or Sals Pizza Bar for Pizza. Find GyroTimeHalal on Instagram for the New York Chicken Over Rice. Shah's Halal also has the Chicken Over Rice, but they really skimp on the proteins even if you pay for double protein. LaSpada's for Cheesesteaks and they're from Philly so they call sandwiches Hoagies. We call them Heroes in New York. Orlando City Deli for a NY Chop Cheese. Find ohmydogs.fl on Instagram for great NY Style Hot Dogs. Mediterranean Deli for Greek Gyros. I think that covers a lot of what New York has to offer in terms of food which you can find in Orlando.

Spicy white sauce was Mint chilli yogurt (Raita). Brown one was Tamarind sweet and sour sauce. Karahi Gravy is usually shared and eaten directly from the big dish called karahi ( that's why you call the dish karahi).The caramelized sauce on the pan/dish is the real gold! Usually bread is dipped in the gravy as per required, if you take too much curry and little or no bread with it, the flavour is too strong for some. Strong flavour of the curry is supposed to be balanced with the bread/ Naan.

Hello there! Thank you for this! I still wasn't sure what some of what I ate was. The sauce in the Karahi was amazing and the goat was the most tender meat I've ever had too! Thanks again! I definitely plan on visiting again because the food was just amazing.

🤣🤣🤣 We saw while editing, usually when I'm out and about I don't notice because I'm looking straight at the lens or busy getting additional footage. I did notice almost everyone staring at me while filming though. 🤣
