This is my home. I moved in on Feb 7 2021. Had to put it in a park because I don’t own any land . My kitchen sink is stainless though and the cabinet over the tub is not high on the wall. My tv is a 72 inch. I absolutely love it.

Thanks MHT! You seldom see single wide homes being viewed, showcased, or toured over the doubles and triples, possibly because of today's families. Anyway very appealing and inviting this one is and the price is tempting too to me.

Another remarkable home, but I don't understand how these homes are sold. I went to the Clayton Homes website. Are they selling these homes to be delivered and hooked up on a lot I find for myself? Or are these homes tied into mobile home communities and such for which a land-lease or other such is paid monthly? These prices are great if I can afford delivery and hookup; and if they allow me to choose where.

Sheet rock with cheesy seam strips. This is a 16x80 single wide…and how many ac/heating vents does the entire home have for energy efficiency? Are there any in the bathrooms? Nope! Definitely not enough in the kitchen and living room as easily seen in the video. I own a 16X70 (not a Clayton built home) and it has 12 ac/heating vents including vents in both my two full baths! My home has 6” double insulated walls. No particle board anywhere in the home unlike Clayton Homes,and has no seam strips between between the drywall like Clayton Homes have. There’s a BIG difference between showing off and selling pretty vs. investing in a high quality built energy efficient home. You get what you pay for. Often times you

I have this exact home and yes there are vents in the bathrooms and my the highest my electric bill has been is $82.00 (and no that is not a LIE). Very energy efficient and beautiful. Clayton has a good selection of beautiful homes. My sister and brother-in-law also bought a Clayton. They bought the Amelia 4 bedroom, two full bath dounlewide. It is beautiful as well.
