Thanks Mark for sharing your knowledge with us. I’m 74 and learning a lot! If only I knew this when I was younger. Today I spent a few minutes fishing with my grandkids on Lake Lanier. They are learning just like I am. Stay safe, God Bless.

I got on a freakin insane buzzbait bite 2 days ago on Toledo Bend about an hour before dark. It was like every little trail in the buck brush I could slide the bait in a 2 to 5 pounder would freakin smoke it. I was throwing in shad colored 3.25" rage swimmer on a half ounce war eagle but I like throwing a toad on them sometimes as well. Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!

MD Im a Swimbait guy and threw conventional since 92. I picked up big Swimbaits around 2017 and I can't say enough about big wakebaits. Everyone talks about glidebaits but throw a Spro 50 rat, ms slammer, Evergreen ND 180, give them a different look, they catch giant fish, use rotating hooks, and don't be afraid to use them in tournaments, my buddys have won more than a few local and online tournaments and these guys are good!! Love buzz baits also, but wakes gettum in the boat!

Huge fan. Been struggling on the water man. I was out last weekend. Water temp 53-55 consistent. Now that cold front has left I’m sure water temp is higher. Going to give this a try. Thanks for the help

Love the content without FFS. I have FFS and will vouch that it is not as easy as it seems especially with 9" screen and 1st gen but it does help teach about behavior. Still my favorite way to fish is sight fishing and power fishing. Absolutely love the buzzbait bite or any top water. Simply a blast

Have u ever tossed a grub on the back trailer ? It keeps bait up in allows you to reel it slowed . You have to use 2 hook keepers to keep it in place. Works awsome 👌

Hit the cove where the sun first hit water. Like camping in a tent cold night sun feels good in the morning. Fish are no different. Look for places where debris is blowing into with sun hitting it. Look for football size hole in the debris area or a muskrat trail with no muskrat hole near by big fish near by . Hope this helps someone 🙏 ❤

Accent finesse gold blade. No skirt with a divine 3.8 swim bait or a z man minnow.. not diesel minnow but the smaller one... happy smashing..
@taurus77210011 ай бұрын
Good content. It seems like I’m always having trouble tuning the bait. Always running on it side maybe it’s my retrieve.
@cheetoz690211 ай бұрын
If you take your skirt off and tie the buzz bait to the antenna of your truck on the way to lake it will tune and squeal like a pig . If it's on its side slow your retrieve a smidge. Just a tip for ya

If I’m putting a toad on a buzzbait im going with the Z-Man goat toad, lasts forever and never slides down. Favorite buzzbait for it is the Picasso toad slayer.
