*Colleyville* is the coldest place in *Manchester* but not the coldest in *Jamaica.* *Jamaica* is very unique temperature wise, because of the central mountain ranges which has an effect on temperatures. Most people seems to think that *Jamaica* only has one temperate zone. From November to March the highland temperatures are known to dipped in the low 50's in *Manchester* and *Clarendon.* However the coldest temperatures are found in the *Blue Mountains* especially at the peak where temperatures generally gets to the freezing point. The highest settlement in the Caribbean is located at *Penlyne Castle* which sits at over 4,000 feet above sea level (Twice) the height of *Mandeville.* People in *Penlyne Castle* often experienced frost/sleet and chilly weather, not associated with the rest of *Jamaica.* So whenever you hear people saying *Jamaica* is a hot country, just let them know, mountain temps are usually 10 to 15 degrees- Fahrenheit more cooler in both summer and winter months. Sea level temps are generally what most *Jamaicans* often used as the standard temps in *Jamaica* ..... Thus leaving the mountain temps not recognized by most people including the media, which in itself is *Odd* .....🤔

Fire Reid l like what l see. Christiana is such a beautiful place. It’s a central location between St. Ann , Trelawney and Clarendon . It is a very big Town, but it needs a lot of small Hotels, and apartments for peolple who are traveling from out of Town. The climate is very cool, just like the climate in the South western part of St. Ann.. Up in the Dry Harbor Mountain is very Fire Reid l like what l see. Christiana is a very beautiful place, with famous High Schools.. lt needs small Hotel for people who are traveling from out of Town to stay, and Apartments for people who wants to rent. A lot of people would like it , because it very cool. Thanks for highlighting different Towns in Jamaica.

I was a young teacher at the Cristiana Senior School in 1963 and very familiar with the weather. The weather is similar to the cold weather in Malvern St. Elizabeth where I went to college. When I lived in Christiana it was not as populated and busy as it is now. It was a sleepy town, so my friends and I used to go to Mandeville or Kingston on weekends.

@@sebastianefreeman2795 The word Cold is relative in this case. Let me explain, Jamaica is a tropical country that sometimes have temperatures as high as 33 degrees C, so if you leave from an area with temp at say 30 to an area with say 14 or 15 it will feel very cold, not because the temp does not dip into below zero doesnt mean it is not cold, some people in Canada would love 14 degrees C , when their temperatures drop to 0 or below, understood
