i discovered Gigi just a week ago and watched literally countless reaction to her singing videos. I did notice that almost or most of the male reactors showed some kinds of crush on her. sometimes it was even very obvious and/or spoken loud out in their reactions. of course it's no surprise if they do. i.e. one of her main attractions is her smile... sweet like honey.

Rising Sun would be the closest cover similar to Unholy but Gigi's Unholy is so good, so unique, hard to find a comparison. Please react to her covers of Adele's All I Ask and Angel Baby (by Troy?). You'll see her 'romantic' side on these two songs and her renditions are better than the originals. Appreciate your reaction videos of Filipino artists.

What most Filipinos don't point out is that at the fast beat intro, Gigi actually remarked in amusement "it's (too) fast!" And at the end of the second turn (basically the end of the intro) she put her hands out to signal to get back to the pre arranged speed. She even said out loud "okay" in a serious bossy tone to alert her band. Then she said "okay, roms" directly signalling her band leader to stabilize. It is known that her band would routinely play pranks on her while doing a set just for fun.

Watch out you will get drawn into the Philippine artists rabbit hole. It is extremely deep and usually makes others fly there and watch the WishBus, Ppop convention etc. Others ended up singing in the language, learning the language and discovering Philippines. You may never see the end of the rabbit hole. Ps: You will never un hear "Live" singing without auto tune the same again.
