Hey Tom, with Alfie's dairy allergy you should (probably have already) speak with the doctors about slowly introducing it into his diet under doctor supervision to ensure he doesn't have a severe allergy to it when he's older. I have a severe dairy allergy and my parents went through the same scare you and Lydia did when I was 6 months old and I still have an anaphylactic allergy to milk today because there were no treatments for it. My young cousins were treated with slow supervised introductions to dairy and peanuts and it completely got rid of their allergies. Thought I'd share! Keep up the amazing vlogs!

Love the Peak District, we have had some good family holidays when our daughter was a child staying in a lodge in a forest park. I grew up on the Isle of Wight and lived in the countryside surrounded by farmland and school trip was to a farm to see sheep being sheared and a dairy farm at milking time, Alfie will love all the animals. The scarecrows were fantastic 😀

In on,y a few weeks alone seeing the joy and fun you , your friends and family are having is so wholesome. I keep thinking of Alfie at about 7 upwards hav8ng birthday parties with massive bbqs and huge inflatables and fun tubing down your river and bombing around the field on little quads and off road bikes with no limits or anyone to tell them no. Alfie wanting around with his mates and his dog going everywhere and able to camp out on the land and you know he’s safe . But imagining Alfie growing up with a dog who follows him around as well as protects his little buddy like a Nana from Peter Pan and Alfie walking around the land he lives on with his bestest friend his dog just enjoying nature , siting in a field eating snacks sat on a hill or on a river bank just enjoying themselves! Wow dream come true!
