Hello Tom I work with a water company and go down sewers for a living and that’s a spill and it’s where sewage comes out don’t want to worry you but be careful because the water can be unsafe and can contain Weils disease

TOM! the base the the tree can be used as a tree house for Alfie. I had one as a child on a similar tree, with a climbing wall and slider etc. can still carve the base but its big enough to stick a proper tree house on once cut back.

As someone who has a 100 acres of land in America we do control burns to a lot of the under brush and over grown vegetation. And I was wondering if the people in the UK do it as well. Sometimes the burned out grasses and small trees add some nutrients back to the ground and in Wisconsin there is some native grass that will grow after a burn off. Figured it might help with some of the land near the canals and the valleys around the creeks

Big fan been watching you for 10+ years , currently working in the special district government (Water) & I have the luxury of seeing the inside of offsetting costs! Right now there are programs to host a small portion of your land for a battery( with road access ) & you can offset any power costs you have for you and your city’s power grid !
