It's wild how one cell can eat another. Being a single cell that hunts and supplies it's nourishment to itself is astonishing most when you think of a single cell you think of a tissue cell or something simple like an egg.

I would love to see a Story about Hydra! If possible, the nematocysts, optimally while firing? I don't know how tall an order that is; but you did a jaw-dropping job with the Stentorin! Maybe you can speak to the "effectively clone when you split them apart". I always remember being excited to read about them because the name Linnaeus gave them seemed so iconic of their look and properties. Perhaps too good to be true?

I've always wondered, When it's a single celled organism, how is it there's not smaller cells just creating it's body? I mean if we were under a microscope to say- a 500 foot tall giant, we'd just look like a single cell too- even though we have smaller cells that make up our "one big cell". Hope this isn't a stupid question, I'm still learning things in biology.

In another oversimplified way, think that instead of having different specialised cells that carry out their own functions efficiently, they instead have a massive clump of different molecules to make up "one big cell" that manages all the processes by itself

I can see the trumpet shape, but my first thought was that it looked like a sock. Also, it'd be interesting to see what hot water does to bacteria, as long as it doesn't damage any equipment. Not boiling, like around 120-130°, as hot as tap water can get.
