I think the very last alarm you hear is just an echo from all the other alarms stopping. I’m not 100% sure though

At this particular crossing, it looks like the barriers are manually operated from the building in the middle of the crossing, so somebody would be there to help in that scenario, perhaps by changing the signals to make the train wait for you to clear the crossing. I have seen another video on this channel where a child was between the barriers when they needed to come down. You can see the moment that the signalman noticed the child, because the barriers were only partially lowered before raising again to avoid trapping the child.

Yeah this crossing is manually controlled by the signaller in the signal box in the middle of the crossing, so if there was a scenario like that that played out, the signaller could either stop the barriers in mid air or cancel the closure altogether allowing the vehicle or person to be clear of the crossing, really though the signaller would wait until someone walking was off the crossing before lowering it.
