Huh??? This muizzle is not pin and welded face palm. The muzzle is integrated with the barrel. The muzzle and barrel are 1 completely piece.

The muzzle and barrel are 1 complete piece, to get better performance and reliability compared to a threaded comp where it can come loose. The best thing about it is the barrel comes threaded and you can put on a oil filter with some solvent to break down the carbon on the comp.

All these people complaining about the price has never shot competition before. The TR9 along with the JP5 aren't for your average joe who just go to the range and just shoot at paper in a single lane. The TR-9, JP5, Davinci DG-9, etc range from $2500 to $4000 but these are made for competition, these aren't for your average joe who only go to the range once a week doing no movement drills or never do any kind of competition shooting. If I was just an average joe, yeah $2700 isn't worth it, but if you are shooting competition like USPSA, PCSL, IPSC, the TR9 and along with the JP5, DG-9 and many others are 100% worth it. Classic example of this is people who shoot open in competition. Did you know that open guns cost any where from $5000, to $11,000 dollars???? With the most popular model being Infinity firearms? Infinity's cost $11,000, is it worth it to your average joe who doesn't do any competition shooting??? Nope it sure isn't but those who compete the $11,000 for an infinity firearm is 100% worth it.

$2700… No thank you. I picked up my Vector carbine in 9mm for $900. I’ll stick with that. She runs dirty, but she runs very well.

While cool it’s not $2700 cool. I’d buy an HK SP5 over this. I know they are definitely different and have distinctive uses but that’s just me. You could get 3 Springfield PCC’s for that price. Not apples to apples I know but for 99.9% of people the differences won’t matter. PS - screw right handed people.

The TR9 is not meant for your average joe and it's marketed for a completely different purpose, and that Purpose is COMPETITION. Competition like USPSA, IPSC, PCSL, etc. The SP5 would get destroyed in these competition because of how it long it would take to load the gun if it were an unloaded start. Also there is a PCC used for competition called JP-5 which uses the same technology as the MP5 (roller delay) which is used for competition and it cost nearly $4,000 but it's such a soft shooting PCC that a lot of people use it. A lot of people use the TR9 because it's so light weight and gets on target very quickly cause of the lightness compared to the JP5.
