for me, this mall has the best exterior façade. especially with it's original color scheme which are bright colors. it's tall and with interesting architecture. i really hope they would modernize this so it would compete to the other big malls in the city.

Missed going there since I used to visit that mall in my childhood. There's really a huge potential for this mall na maging alternative sa SM at Robs if they consider redeveloping it, kaso Capital group isn't used in maintaining larger Gaisano Malls dahil smaller malls lang ang sakop nila. Bago pa ata binigay ang management sa Gaisano Capital parang ka-level na rin niya si Gaisano Country Mall, Gaisano City CDO, and other large sized malls at that time.

Gaisano City Iloilo was really a memorable place during my college days. Thank you for making this video. Sadly, daw ghost town na gd sa 3rd kag top floor. It was a busy booming mall during the year 2000s

It needs to be restored and renovated This was the mall I remembered when I was in elementary 90s before, whenever my mom and dad are gonna go on grocery they bring me here. Gaisano city Iloilo was very different before we eat the the lower ground floor their food court floor. It was the hey day of I believe power Rangers before. Before sm city became a thing, this was our go to mall. Their is an arcade at the 3rd floor I believe and also they have a display of paintings by local artists. This is also the location where they are conducting tamiya tournaments. If I have time I want to stroll around in Gaisano city

Karamihan dyan sa parking lot ay nag gro-grocery dyan sa Gaisano kasi d hamak na mura yung presyo nila kesa SM at Rob.

The only downside of this mall is competition and renovation. Majority ng mga Ilonggo shoppers is gustong mag experience ang modern shopping, dahil sa napatayong mga bagong malls at renovated malls na medyo crowded, halimbawa ang Robinsons Jaro, SM City at Festive Walk. I hope na gagawin nila ng paraan para buhayin ng mall nito, or else may possibilidad na magsara nito.

So sad, napag iwanan na ng mga bagong tayong malls sa Iloilo itong Gaisano, mukang lugi na pero kumakapit parin. Dapat nilang sabayan ang mga bagong looks at marketing strategy ng bagong malls kung hindi tuloyan na itong magsasara dahil maraming shops narin ang nag sara dyan, sayang strategic panaman ang location.
