Holy sh*t is right. 🤘🤘 Their first ever single. Now you see that they are awesome live as well, Mayu's screams are killer, great cleans. Saki and Hazuki shredding those 7 strings. Hariguchi-san's bass and Tamu Murata's drums are rock solid and yes they come through nice and loud. All of the recent official lives are worth checking out. In addition to the ones I told you about in your last reaction, they have since released the official live for "Rise"

Since you mentioned loving the smiles when they showed Murata Tamu (drums) smiling, Haraguchi-san (bass) and Murata Tamu are nicknamed "laughing thunder" because they are always smiling when they play.

Great reaction bro! 《oiran》 is their first single, and it is still my favorite nemophila song to this day. I recommend 《rise》 live as the next!🤘🏻🌸🤘🏻

That's what you'll always notice about these female Japanese Metal and Rock bands. They all look like they're having the times of their lives on stage and it's infectious! And they all SHRED! There's a saying going around: Whatever you think you're great at, there's always a Japanese lady who can do it better than you! lol😁

I am totally engrossed with this band right now, they truly love what they do and each other--so much great stuff on tubes and their official store and social media! Very diverse music always well executed, lots of great originals and covers! A band any metal and rock fan can love! "Oiran" their first single is still the signature song they often close show encores with....Oiran the word is for the highest courtesan the "first flower"...cool that it was the first original song from a band named for a flower! yes I love the volume swell SAKI and Hazuki do too!

Great reaction! They have many kick ass songs but this one is still my favorite. Their first single. You enjoy their duel guitar solos check out their songs RAITEI and Monsters both with some cool guitar solos. Most their songs have them but those two are longer. Both songs are rocking but not as heavy as Orion and different. Revive also another banger with cool solos. Another song of theirs that is amazing is Adabana and if you like to hear her growl her way through a whole song check out Zen live. You are going to enjoy this band. Lots of metalcore like you like but many diverse songs too even a few ballads here and there. This band can do it all.

You nailed the best part of Nemophila! They have fun. Watch a few of their covers.. soooo good and so much fun. Do youself a favor and watch more of their live stuff... make it a personal choice selection if you have to.. and you won't regret it.. basically any song.. they are just stellar!!! For a showcase of their range... do 'Ama-Te-Ras'. It has everything they can do in one song and its NUTS!! Guarantee you will luv it! ... psst.. there is some 'base tapping'

Nice reaction James, welcome back.. Check out the (You tube) version of this.. It's very cool.. Lots more to see Sorai Live, Monsters Live, Raitei Mv and Revive Mv, are very cool songs as are all of their covers.. There is nothing they can't do... Their cover of System of a down's Sugar is sic!!

Oh yes. Bass and Drums are key. Throughout my life I always knew whether a band would make if the drums where *THERE.* Followed by the bass doing more than just being there. The Police on "Roxanne" are a good example of this: Sting and Stewart Copland are an epic bass and drum rhythm section. Listen to any Band-Maid song and you'll find Misa's bass and Akane Hirose's drums pulling the song together from start to finish. I can't get enough Muratamu's drums. Tamu's drumming was what initially drew me to Nemophila. With Saki leaving, it's giving the rest of the band the opportunity to "explore the space" and grow. I see a great future for this band.
