Its just a pity when young people question about the originals and reasons why a certain formation was established. We should also understand that even if you're a president , you cannot take a decision alone( in a democratic system), majority rules. So long as people have their own agenda , anterior motives and the greed for power and riches, democracy will never prevail, fighting oppression subjected to the poor, the illiterate and hopeless subjects, no longer exist, altruistic philanthropists are not present amongst our leaders. The Msholozi generation had come up with very good intensions , however the vehicle to push that ' kind' of democracy is not moving as expected. We see this everyday , year in and year out, standards are falling, service delivery is no longer number one priority. As Brook Benton once said ' Heaven help us all'

If you are a freedom fighter or on the side of the people, Colonial laws will always be applied against you and you will never find justice. This is why there was no justice in your case.The only option that african leaders have avoided all along is to drastically ammend those that are ammendable and throw to the dust bin all the ant people laws.
