@ The Defense attorneys are "agents of the court" just the same as the prosecution. Each will face consequences for lying, if they ever do. Baldwin made clear he has absolutely nothing to worry about and dares them to attempt to file ethical complain if that's what they're claiming, bc he can back up every single claim and action he's made as fully substantiated & in the interest of justice. Can McClelland say the same? The trial was not public. I'm a member of the public and I still do not have access to the trial records. It ended well over a month ago - behind closed doors. I was not within them and had no way to view the proceedings. Chances are you didn't either. That's not a public trial. The whole truth means knowing and having everything available to analyze for ourselves. You've made up your mind based on one side of the story but not everyone is as willing to turn a blind eye.
@SP-in7xv9 күн бұрын
@ No, I made up my mind based on evidence presented at trial. You are taking Baldwin’s word for everything, and he leaves out a lot. You will eventually have access to all but the sealed records. You don’t get to demand them the second the trial ends. So, is every trial YOU didn’t attend “not public”? Did you want this one held in an arena? Many states don’t televise or stream trials. Federal courts don’t. Sorry you don’t always get your way.

I’m sure if someone told RA he would eat his own 💩 he would say ‘no way’!! It didn’t appear that the interviewer followed the case (or court docs), which I found frustrating 🤷♀️. One thing that gets to me is when people say RA confessed, he also confessed to killing his wife & daughter, SA his granddaughter (he doesn’t have grandkids), starting WW3 - just to name a few. I could go on & on about the doubt in this case, but I just wanted to clarify that I do NOT want the interviewer to be put in solitary confinement for 13mths 😱

A lot of the reasons that some people (me included) think Judge Gull is so sketchy is her lack of transparency. I also think the way she treated the defense when she removed them from the case was despicable and it doesn't really feel very legit to me. She did everything she could to prevent the public from having access to this trial. She allowed as few people as she could into that courtroom, she did not allow anyone but credentialed media to examine the exhibits and she pretty much catered to the prosecution. She sustained ridiculous objections from McLeland and overruled reasonable objections from the defense. The trial was a sham and she did everything she could to "engineer" a conviction. And I think that because she bent over backwards to obscure as much information as possible from the public. If the state's case is solid, why hide everything? Why not allow a 3rd party culprit defense if the state's case is so solid? Let the jury decide if what was contained in the Franks motion has any merit. She did everything she could to prevent these people from mounting a legitimate, effective defense for their client.

A grossly mishandled investigation and conflicting statements from LE along with the lack of transparency were huge issues since day one. The lack of transparency continued through out the trial. The amount of evidence that the defense wasn't allowed to present at trial was a huge factor as far as helping the jury's decision . Transcripts had to be purchased by the public to actually learn the exact and correct details of the events at trial. Even daily recordings were denied. The Safekeeping order for a pre-trial unconvicted inmate and the sketches were a mess. There was a structural error that caused a major delay, that resulted in a trip to the Supreme Court. Ex parte violation, leaks, several subpoenas issued to testify and depose were ignored or not enforced . Issues such as missing and mishandled evidence, crucial lost recordings and illegal recording of RA's meetings with his attorney that was finally stopped by a restraining order that was approved by Judge Gull existed. The defamatory statements made about the defense team at the after sentencing presser were unbelievably shocking and unacceptable. Sad and embarrassing 😢 Libby and Abby deserved better 💜💙

I initially spoke to her to send her my deepest sympathies for her loss and I told her I read a quote where someone had said the Nation is standing with the families and I said that's not true as I'm a Brit and I and many others the World over stand with them for justice. I've just done back and got the first message she replied to copy and paste here. Before I do, I had also asked her in May of 2021 if there was more audio she had heard from Libby's phone as it was rumoured at the time that there was. She told me she had not heard the extra audio but she said (and this was in May of 2021) that she was aware there was and that Mike and patty had heard it because Law Enforcement said the girls were talking and saying something but cops couldn't work out what they were saying and so they asked Mike and Patty and Abby's mom to listen to it to see if they could understand what they were saying. Anyway, Carries said in her initial response, which is kinda ironic now to read it if Allen is not the right guy, quote: "Thank you so much for your kindness! People like you are honestly what keeps me hopeful! I know that one day we will have justice and when we do, there will be a celebration heard around the world and to the heavens above!!"

Carrie spoke out during and after she thought Richard Allen was guilty and she was glad of the verdict. I am glad Abby's Family stays quiet. I pray for them.

@focusintegrity8490 that was suprising to me that she believes RA is guilty. She questioned the police investigation years b4 and she would know about all evidence incl 3rd party not being allowed in trial

@@Rosy43hh Well if you believe the Odin theory or suspects are behind this murder, and I firmly do, it's Abby who has the connection to the them as she dated one of the suspects sons. The Odin theory that the defense never were allowed to use was first looked at by top law enforcement investigators, and not the defense. None of the defense attorneys had even heard of Odin or Norse paganism until they read the discovery. Brad was still skeptical until he went to the prison and saw the guards patches and asked them directly what all that about. Brad made me laugh when talking about police claiming the Odin theory is ridiculous when it came from them to begin with said, "I can assure you, I know Andy well enough now to know that he didn't get those crime scene photos of the girls and the sticks arranged like that and go, 'Oh yeah. That's an Odin ritualistic murder alright!"

If ANY harm comes to Richard Allen, I believe the wrath of THE WORLD would be of such EPIC proportions the State of Indiana would take an economic hit like it could never imagined. My 3 adult children and I have been in deep talks over the holidays and we are all leaving the State. The level of crime and corruption in Law Enforcement, judges, and local politicians is out of control.

I don't know if RA is guilty or innocent as his guilt was not proved beyond a reasonable doubt. The defence was not allowed to put their full case forward so that the jury could decide on guilt or innocence based on facts and evidence presented by both parties. It was quite alarming to see tactics used to exclude the defence's evidence. It does not give you a sense of comfort in transparency and integrity. This case should have been televised imo

They dared not allow it to be televised. We see through the BS as it is.

Russ is the only one in local media that sees what’s going on! I gave him a nod while in Delphi, to being objective, he tipped his hat. Enough said! For the record he didn’t say a word…….. and that said everything to me.
