they should look up to prophet Mohamad pbuh, not sport entertainers and modern gladiators , striking the head is haram. i get it, we are happy we have muslim representatives and all that, but not in the wrong spaces and sports, would you be happy if now we have a famous muslim actor acting in lead Hollywood films ? or a singer or a muslim woman 1st in dancing etc ? plus i like the brothers you mentioned, but when did we see them say something about quran or sunnah or anything islamic, outside just beating up kufar , they dont teach anything of value, you want motivation ? go train and to the gym, you'll look just like them, so nothing islamic, just pure hard work and training, so i dont know about calling them a huge motivators and all young muslims should look up to, also idk anything about being a boxer or MMA as " good deeds " that we should strive to be ahead of each other on. rather, the humble part is good yes, but a lot of people show that, you dont need to follow these guys to learn to be " humble ", you guys looove to follow every muslim entertainer by the looks of it, and awe and gasp at everything they do, so again, i'd much rather young muslims open a book about the prophet pbuh, or read the Quran if they need a role model or motivation .

I didn't follow the career of this wonderful brother. When he boxed with Bivol, I knew that he was a Muslim and therefore I was rooting for good boxing. Bivol is my fellow countryman, also a modest guy and he has very beautiful classical boxing of the Soviet school. We were taught this style in childhood and it looks like art. But, after this interview, my sympathies are completely on Artur's side and I ask Allah to give him more good deeds and accept his dua about the akhirah. May Allah guide Bivol to the straight path too. And may Allah give many brothers from the North Caucasus opportunities for success not only in sports.
