This is a simple and delicious recipe that can go be ready on the table in less than one hour! The pork chops have so much flavor and they are so juicy and tender, the veggies underneath soak up all the seasonings and flavor, too!
Ingredients
2 cans sweet peas (or any canned vegetable), drained
5 boneless pork loin chops
1/4 cup stick butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (or any other seasoning by you’d like to use.)
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Empty drained vegetables into the casserole dish
Place pork chops on top of veggies
Slice butter into enough pats to have two on each chop and place on meat
Season meat with salt, pepper, and Garlic powder (or other seasonings) to taste.
Bake for 40-45 mins until the internal temperature is 145 degrees or higher.
