You don't need insurance to use the highway and can register your vehicle to yourself, if you are a business you can also use the business insurance, or if you have bonds this is sufficient, this is how bus public transport get away with insurance they use bonds probably

Anyone moaning think if there cars pass all of this with no advisory they have to be safe. My old car just did I see no problem in this infact bring it on I say especially when life is at risk I for one dont want to kill anybody because my car was faulty.

Most accidents are caused by operator error not faulty equiptment. These garages will do all they can to fail you! Should be called inspection extortion tax not safety inspection!
