You can change the "Azimuth" of the cannon when it's fixed so you can move it left and right. It's in the "Cannon" Section all the way down. 😉

On gear ratios: If you want to turn while moving with a dual transmission system, then the tank needs to be able to put each track in a different gear. Thus use a large number for the 1st gear (= slow speed, and more weight) A smaller number for 2nd gear. Also make sure the RPM range on the engine isn't massive (so no min 1000 rpm and max 3000 rpm), because your tank won't shift to second gear and thus be unable to put both tracks in different gears. If you want to go faster, than make 2nd and subsequent gears smaller (also reduces the weight slightly). For example we have the gear rations 6, 3, 2. and we want to go faster, then replacing the 2 for 3rd gear with 1.5 or 1.25 or 1 would make the top speed higher without messing up the rest of the tank. Alternatively you can just add another gear if you want the tank to go faster.

I would call this tank MS-2 7t "Grenouille" (Frog in French) because: 1. It looks like an overweight MS-1 2. Given the tank has only one crew member, I think it fit being a France's tank (personal opinion) 3. It looks like a frog :p (I can't be the only one who thought of this)

You are still using complex gearbox and torsion suspension, both for heavy tanks, which costs you a LOT of space and weight I like that if you put your lunch into basket behind turret, it will stay warm, cause the cooling is blowing right into it :D
