I think this is what happened: Kidd running wild in the new world at the beginning and between those 2 year time skip he encountered Red-Haired Pirates and lost his arms and swear for revenge. Then went to Bigmom Pirates and injured one of the commander and got away safely. And then Killer suggest to make an alliance to strengthen their capacity and to get revenged to Shanks but unfortunately, Kaido pop-ups (like a malware) out of nowhere and babyshakes them.

My theory is that Luffy is going to have a showdown with Jack, where he will be clearly above Jack and this will come to a surprise to even Luffy himself. Oda takes inspiration from other big shonens such as DBZ, and I figure Oda is going to use the Seastone cuffs much like the weight training Goku used in DB. In Dragonball, for those who might not remember, Goku had to wear a 50lb turtle shell on his back 24/7 while doing manual labor (ring any bells?) working under Master Roshi. Luffy is wearing Seastone cuffs while doing manual labor, working under Master Kaidou. Am I the only one seeing this parallel? Anyway back to my original point. Luffy is going to skirmish with Jack. He won't beat him, but he will definitely put Jack in a bad spot and show that he is well above and beyond Yonkou Commander level. (do remember there is a huge gap between Yonkou Commander, and Yonkou's themselves. Luffy has to get to Yonkou level at some point, this will be another stepping stone, like the fight with Katakuri) Luffy will be surprised of his strength improvements, much like Goku and Krillin were in their first World Martial Arts Tournament. It might not even be Jack. Just some character we all know how strong they are, around Yonkou commander level. This is obvious foreshadowing from Oda, as hes mentioned twice now (maybe more if im forgetting an instance) that Luffy is doing all this work while under the effects of Seastone. Here's another parallel. Goku was training with Krillin before the World Martial Arts, well who is Luffy "training with"? Kid! Kid will also get a big power up. Kid is Krillin to Luffy's Goku.

I love the idea that Hiyori is gathering money in order to buy weapons for the samurai behind the shogun's back. I would prefer for there to just be a straight up evil beautiful female (who was fully relevant as a character that is, I know we've had Kalifa, Monet etc but they're not enough imo) but I think the "gold digger" route would be a pretty cheap way to do that and if Hiyori was working for the good guys all along it makes her look competent and avoids the "troubled woman who gets easily turned" trope.

What guard commander would want to report that they can't keep control of their own prison to someone like Jack, Queen, King, or Kaido? That would be suicide. The guards are smart to just let Luffy and Kid continue working and not try to punish them.

I knew Kidd was destined to be more than a push over and know that we know he beat up a sweet commander and left and lost him arm to one of shanks commanders everyone will switch up. But I’m still waiting for news on the feats of x drake and Bonnie those two haven’t made real noise yet hoping it’s something important

@@djkali7690 doing it without training isnt news,even in WCI,they set it up so that kidd was the first one of the supernovas to invade and urouge the last,so it doesnt really change the fact that he faced snack and ran away,its just adds context,that he had no intention of challenging big mom but it still doesnt change that injuring=/=defeating,i mean even the biggest kidd hater would admit that he is atleast capable of that and we dont know how strong his grown since considering he has an arm less now,again what oda wrote doesnt change anything.

zee ilyas before he attacked a sweet commander he lost his arm in a fight with one of shanks crew member, but then he went to attack a sweet commander then stole something he needed from then. This could have happened in the beginning of the time skip or in the middle of the time skip but he fought them with one arm and then after that sometime Uroge came and attacked snack that’s the order.

Sawyer ... above the headliners the only thing left are other headliners, yonko commanders and yonkos... i dont think any of the persons mentioned care enough... so that's why there is no punishment.
