I love the detail that once we learn that Vivi is undercover and the Princess of Alabasta, she's drawn with softer angles and curved features. Fun fact, Miss Wednesday was not originally going to be the princess of Alabasta. Oda changed his mind when he drew her with her hair down and remarked she looked like a princess. The way the codenames work is that misters 7 through 1's partners are holidays of increasing importance and 13 through 8 are the days of the week. Mr. 0's partner is called Miss All Sunday because she represents "All of the Sundays"

You can pretty much treat that Zoro/Luffy fight as non-canon. An editor wanted them to fight, so Oda just kinda did it, but it's so against Luffy's character that everyone hates it.

I think it was from a databook, but if I remember correctly... teams 8-13 are the other 6 days of the week. With 7 and lower being holidays. All Sunday is paired with Mr.0 because Sunday is considered a weekly holiday by a large percentage of the world. Sunday counts as both a holiday and a weekday, and thus acts as the voice of the Boss.

2:11 As simple as this moment was, it was actually what made me think One Piece really was special. In any other series, wacky characetrs like Mr. 9 would just be completely ignored and thrown aside after a plot twist like this. But the fact that he choosed protecting Vivi over running away just gave him so much humanity in very little time. He knew Baroque Works would probably get rid of him anyways, so he tried to buy time for her. Even if he was inmediately defeated, it gave me the feeling that even these minor, secondary characters are people too, who can stand up for what they believe. The presence of background characters, even just the random townsfolk that appear from time to time, have always felt so important to me, because they make the One Piece world feel alive.

Oda has stated that the order of the female agents' names are ordered by the happiest events of the year. So all sundays of the year are on top off the list at #0, Valentine's Day at #5 and rest of the weekdays in the order of his favourites I guess. It's kinda arbitrary and probably just his personal opinion about these days (Source: SBS Vol. 18)

31:40 Ok... so there's no good answer for this. But the best I can give you is that for the female agents its all about "importance of the day" that determines their rank. So the lower ranks have common days (Monday, Saturday, Thursday, ect.) while higher ranks have holidays. Miss All Sunday being the highest rank because she encompasses ALL Sundays and Sunday is the day of rest.

I think whats funny is people say the fight between Luffy and Zoro makes no since and that it was added at the request of an editor, but looking back at it with context about Luffy's character from 1000 chapters or 1015 eps Luffy would indeed attack someone for hurting someone else that fed him. Although I think this is the only time Luffy attacks a crewmate for attacking someone that gave him food.

Since they all come in teams, the best way to deal with the ranks of the female baroque works agents is to just go off of who they are paired with. Not worth the effort to figure out which holiday or week day is the best when they are all paired with a number anyway.

The Top Officers/Number Agents 1-13 are all male, and have a female partner. 1-5 specialise in assassinations and espionage, and have female partners are named after holiday events (Like Valentine's Day for example.) 6-13 specialise in funding for the company, and have female partners are named after the days of the week. But Mr. 13 and his partner Miss Friday (The Unluckies/The Vulture and Otter) are the Punishment Squad who deal with insubordination or failures.

Dont think its a spoiler. Oda said when responding to fan mail that the ranks of the female baroque works agents are ranked after how fun the day is. So mondays are fucking boring, valentine is pretty fun (for some people at least), and most fun of all is All Sunday (All sundays, like every collective sunday?) its weird because friday is a great day and its a fucking bird, but that was probably because Oda wanted to do Friday the 13th pairing (the unluckies)

My understanding is that Luffy and Zoro fighting was editorial mandate, so that's why it feels a bit out of place. That understood, though, I love that Oda found a way to ~kinda~ make it work (because these two would not fight) and also have them fight the bad guys at the same time AND deliver some hilarious jokes (I love Nami breaking up the fight and them still trying to fight like small children after) so I can't be too mad about it, haha! In fairness, though, I don't think Nami knows about Zoro's backstory...I mean, she probably still would've done it, but I don't think she was working of that information this time at least.

Hey Omni, it will be explained later, but the female Baroque Works agents are always paired with a numbered male agent. Their "power rank" is based on what number their partner is, instead of their day/holiday codename. So, the strongest is the partner of Mr. 0 (Miss All Sunday), then the partner of Mr. 1 and so on. Nah. I genuinely like the dub a lot, and it would actually be better for me as a viewer if he did because then I could listen in while I was working rather than having to time my viewing of this to breaks, but getting demanding on YT comments is silly. Let him enjoy it however he wants. The original voices are fantastic! So it's not like this is the lesser version in any real way. And you know that if he WERE doing the dub, every single video would be flooded with a lot more people than just you yelling to switch the audio to Japanese. I don't wish that stress on him. Even as a hardcore dub defender, I'm telling you this isn't really a battle you need to fight. As long as he's enjoying One Piece, however he comes at it is fine.
