The reason why their bounties are so specific is that there is an hidden message within these numbers Shanks, the 4-8-9 is pronounced Shi-Ha-Ku, which is very close to Shankusu (the way Shanks is pronounced in japanese) Big Mom, the 8-8 is pronounced Ha-Ha, which is "mama" in japanese Kaido, the 1-1-0, when read as a whole number (110) is pronounced the same as his title (Hyakuju, or "king of the beast") Whitebeard, 4-6 is pronounced "shi-ro" which means *white* in japanese Roger, the 6-4-8 is pronounced Ro-Shi-Ha, which is very close to how they pronounce Roger in japanese. Also, fyi, I think the first bounty that had an actual meaning within its numbers waas Katakuri's, where the 57 meant that he could do everything Luffy could do, but in better (56 is Luffy's number (5-6 is pronounced Go-Mu in japanese), so Katakuri's 57 could also be seen as 56+1)

you know oda provides interesting details on the bounty of the original yonko and Roger. Shanks is the Yonko with the lowest value, with a bounty of 4,048,900,000. The number 4890 can be read as 'Shanks' because 4 is read as 'shi,' then 8 is read as 'ya,' and 9 is read as 'ku.' Furthermore, Big Mom's bounty is 4,388,000,000 Belly. The last two numbers, 88, can be read as 'haha' (8 = ha) which in English means 'haha' as mother. The value of Kaido's bounty is 4,611,100,000. The number 110 is pronounced 'hyakuju' which in Japanese can also be interpreted as a wild animal. For Whitebeard the bounty value is 5,046,000,000 Belly. The number 46 in this value can be read as 'shiro' (4 = shi, 6 = ro) which in Japanese means white. This is in accordance with the name Whitebeard or Shirohige. Meanwhile, for Gol D. Shiki was viewed as Roger and Whitebeard's equal and was pretty famous before the government catched him after he had a huge clash with Roger and lost, then the government immediately dissimated his forces to bring down retaliation but in a way u could say he is like an emperor of the sea level character but was nerfed in the movie😢
