Does this need to be played on a DS Lite? I heard from a friend that the DSi, DSi Xl and the 3DS were all region locked. Was this game released for only Japan and Europe, or are we still waiting for an english release?

all strawhats exists as support characters but the only ones that are also playable as leaders are luffy,zoro,nami,usopp,sanji and chopper
