I think what got me the most was when Kuma just picked the whole crew off one by one. Back then I hadn't read the manga nearly that far and had no idea that the anime would continue after that. I was like, "What? WHAT??? NO! That's not how it can end! T-T"

While it was sad what happened to Luffy (his backstory is my favorite) it didn't touch me as much as the combined stories of Franky, Rubin, Tom, and the Going Merry. Those all made CP9 the most emotional for me anyway.
