I like that they kept the Accent, it shows that Sanji isn't from the East Blue, and for outsiders, any English Accent always sounds a bit proud, ''royal'' and put together, so it works for his royal blood as well. And his smile is really kind, the kicks are amazing, but Sanjis kindness is a huge part of his Character. They probably cut some things own, and changed the story a bit, because it's 8 Episodes as long the core of the gang and one piece is there, it's gonna be fun.

not really an easter egg but something fun for manga readers - Arlong Park is shown with water slides and fun fair stalls Which seems odd, but Arlong Park is canonically modeled after Sabaody Park - a place Arlong and his men weren't allowed to visit as kids, but dreamed of going. So, to double down on this, they made Arlong Park an actual water park!

You have to remember it's all condensed so they had to re-write the whole East Blue saga. It's still the same story but told differently so that they could fit all of East Saga into 8 episodes. And it looks really good. You missed some east eggs, Luffy's wanted poster, Cabaji, Chef Zeff, Nojiko and Genzo eating together.

I am surprised people were expecting a copy paste, if that's the case they should just go back and watch earlier episodes. I am glad they are moving things around, and the changes have been approved by Oda himself I would believe.

If you look closely, the first scene you see Arlong is actually in Buggy's tent!!! So Nami's comment in this "'They're hunting YOU!!!"' seems to be a reference that the Arlong Pirates might be the seasonal bad guy that CULMINATES in Arlong Park...

Imo Arlong should have been done in CGI since that one fishman Sanji kicked looked pretty CGI and you can sure bet that Hatchan will be CGI. I pictured Arlong to look like a mix between Shark King from Suicide Squad and Ryuk from Death Note

My thoughts exactly, but I can understand they really needed the budget to focus on Luffys Gum Gum fruit abilities. I swear if they don't include Hatchan in the live action I will be very disappointed :(
