I'ma make up a little scenario. Minor spoilers *After many defeats by the hands of law and the death of Monkey D. Karp by his hands. His crew find a extremely beaten down Kaido (or Marco) as Blackbeard hijacks all of the words radios and sends a massive broadcast. As now Teach wears the cape of garp, with his blood on it. He puts kaido under black tarp as Blackbeard shows to the world his now powers. His bounty is raised up immensely to 4.2 Millon bounty. Taking over shanks bounty. As the new chaos is happening a massive breakout happens in impel down as Blackbeard proclaims* "THIS IS MY ERA! THE ERA WHERE CHAOS RULES! ZEHAHA"
