This is... this is good. Finally, a ranged character in a Pirate Warriors game that isn't Usopp. Even though they gave Shanks a gun, Zoro still feels more like a "ranged character" from the looks of this. And I mean... sometimes you DON'T wanna stand next to dragon form Kaido, who'd have thought????

@@imcel8953 Mmm. Crocodile could've been if they played around Sables and Desert La Spada. As could Robin, but that was moreso in PW3. Ace used to be ranged, now he just beats armor. Caesar, definitely. Oh, and Kuma, if he were playable. Or good. Maybe I'm just used to Fujitora pressing R1 and instantly winning.

What are your thoughts on Zoro in this game? I think he feels way too slow when doing his moves. Like the start up is a tad too long. Also kinda disappointed we didn't get his black blades while in his full burst mode. Would have been a nice touch. I still play the character though because Zoro is just a badass character xD

Zoro is very good , but not as good as pw3( dude used to have sick combos and better specials). But, being fair , his aerial game is crazy and his triangle is one damn op ranged option

😅 Aw it kinda disappoints me that Zoro doesn't directly acknowledge Reiju's existence when he beats her, he instead addresses her as a sibling of a Sanji.... Although I'd imagine it's the same when it's Reiju that beats Zoro and she doesn't acknowledge him directly instead addressing him because of his status as a Strawhat.

Yeah the character interactions this game are a let down considering what they could have done. I wanted a funny interaction about Yonji, maybe about him having green hair buts it’s just the same generic line for all of them I

@@Ultimodestructico Yeah too my knowledge the interactions aren't as much of a step from Three as it should've been and Burning Blood which was released back in 2015 puts the interactions in this one to shame.

Tashigi is the most satisfying swordsman to use in this to me. Probably because she’s so fluid. She definitely yells Speed Type. I like Zoro but not nearly as much as Tashigi

Yeah, basically use dodge/power dash button right after you finish a combo to immediately start another combo. You can pretty much do that with every move, even non-cinematic special attacks
