And _One Piece_ is, first and foremost, a cartoon - characters are going to be scaled based on how imposing their presence needs to feel to the reader rather than based on any real-world considerations.

Fishman island is the deepest part of the ocean and thats 10km but most of the ocean would be 1k or less. But this is One Piece we are talking about, most of these sizes make zero sense compared to what we see shown in the manga

It just show how Toei Animation mess things up. Chopper's monster point is 20m tall, just like Queen's beast form. In the manga, they fight showing equal heights. In the animation, Toei put some filler scenes where Chopper Monster Points climbs Queen, putting Chopper with the same size of Queen's head.
