Big difference between Shiryu and Doc Q, is that Shiryu removes with original cost of 3 or less meanwhile with Doc Q, you can lower their cost to KO

I hate that both kingkong gun and rhino shneider can only buff characters, effectively being useless for kyros and usopp leaders

Honestly I think it’s fine since both can def just use the 7c luffy as the finisher for the card so I wouldn’t say fully useless. I think the cost reducers are def lacking for kyros since they require resting leader or stage so it’s just a lot of hoops to jump through for kyros effect, and pretty much would require you to have to give up a potential leader swing on some turns.

Shiryu in all honesty is just an okay card. He’s never popping any higher than a 3c since it has to be original cost

Kuzan should be a 9/10. He gets a swing no matter what. Unless he gets rested by like perona and swung into. And he replaces himself in hand and on the field.

I kind of love that Homing is useless because in the anime, the Celestial Dragons are the world's nobility, and they can't do anything for themselves. 10/10 flavor because of 3/10 mechanics. 😂
