@@djaafardjaafar7381 the thing is toei is a really big studio with alot of really talented artist but for some reasons the studio didnt give justice to one piece for 20 years (i think it was becauseo of bad directors that thought of their own pocket and not the animation)but after wano and the change of director they've been doing the best they can for one piece but the title unlimited budget works is not something a studio can achieve just for givin an arc s tier animation especially because this title was given to ufotable for many years and we have all seen what they can do so yeah

@@djaafardjaafar7381 yeah i get your point but i think its to soon to decide if toei changed or not we need atleast few years to tell how will they adapt other animes and will they keep this animation or go back to their old style if they keep their stuff like this then they definetly deserve atleast the top 5 spot among the anime studios but for now its to soon to say for example studios like deen and pierrot they give some anime adaptions god tier animation but for their other show they will give it a really bad adaption we all know that pierrot can produce some god tier animation(boruto ep189-vasto lord ichigo vs ulquiora and etc)and deen also can produce great animation(konosuba)but the problem they can keep it consistent or use this animation for their other show but for studios like bones and ufotable they give god tier animation to every show they adapt so yeah its to soon to consider toei one of the bests be we have to give them credit for wano the animation is just so good

Animation wise, Wano is One Piece's peak. I really love how there's soooo many sakuga scenes in this arc. One Piece deserved it honestly. If only Toei adapts Kyoto Animations management system, they would've been able to make OP's animation much better and not just on major fights.

That's objectively incorrect. More great animators joined later on and produced some of their best work as you can clearly see in the video. Episodes like 957, 972, 978 and 982 are a great example. The beginning of Wano had actually a rushed schedule, especially during the Bakura Town section.
