That's weird man.. when I was 14 I worked at Tim's.. and the way it was done was they'd put the cream and sugar in first, and then pour the coffee ontop to stir it. Never used a spoon. But oddly enough, 8 years later I started working at Starbucks.. and that spoon stirring bullshit was common practice. Absolutely sgusting.

528 trays , if you want good coffee get a 15 dollar electric grinder . buy whole bean kona beans , use bottled spring water , not distilled. and soon as coffees done brewing put it a quality thermos before it burns. cant help you on the tea :)

One night we actually sat down and did the math like you did at the end of your video and discovered how much we were throwing away. We make coffee at home, we wash our hands, I take a big ass insulated cup with me to the shop, and we are fine with it. Now and then we buy an expresso as a treat !!
