Hi Leo! Can I use rice cooker or normal stainless steel pot to substitute the iron cast pot? Do I need to adjust the water:rice ratio?

Hi Ling! Yes you may do so. From what I have tried, you do not need to adjust the ration of water to rice. I hope that helps! 🙏
