Fun fact: Tatsumaki wasn't suppose to call a meteor and drop it on the Ancient King in that fight. ONE stated that she's suppose to just drop a giant rock on him and after seeing it, the Ancient King has a flashback about the asteroid that killed his species but the animation team misinterpreted it. Murata said that if Tatsumaki can just summon meteors from outerspace, then she wouldn't have any trouble bringing down Boros' Ship later in story.

I always thought it was left over meteor from the previous one that got punched by Saitama. It would explain how she managed to summon a meteor since it was still close to earths orbit.
