The only reason Tatsumaki got as badly hurt as she did against Psykos Orochi was because she had to hold back as to not catch the other heroes in the crossfire. The moment she got the chance to, she basically OKO'd Psykos. I'd say she easily beats awakened Garou but loses to cosmic Garou as he can probably copy her abilities.

The main reason why Metal Bat is usually ranked so highly is not only his incredible will power, getting stronger overtime and his indestructible bat, but a statement from ONE who said that if Metal Bat was apart of the MA raid he could've drastically changed the outcome and that he's fully capable of handling a dragon level monster on his own. And he could've defeated a simulation of Carnage Kabuto but was kicked out cause of his heavy injuries and thus didn't his full capabilities and probably would've defeat Kabuto a monster that required Darkshine's full power to defeat

I love how one punch man is just a self aware parody of shonen anime, but it still manages to be a genuinely entertaining and interesting show and not JUST a parody. But still, the way it makes zero attempt to hide the common shonen action anime tropes. Like how the main character always beats any threat rather easily, how the universe's own ranking systems consider the main character to be like a low-mid tier character for the entire show until the very last episode (looking at you Naruto, where the protagonist was officially lowest rank until the very end of the series, even though he was the most powerful character at the end).

Tatsumaki would body awakened Garou in the Manga, in order for Psykorochi, who I would easily place above awakened Garou, to be able to be competitive with TT Murata went out of his way to point out that Tatsumaki was never able to use her full power until after she was severely weakened, and even at that point, the moment she was able to focus on psykorochi she annihilated her.

Yeah for me it's kind of shocking to even compare Tornado and Bang. The Garou Bang fought was far from his last "monster version", I don't see what's so crazy about keeping up with him. There is no reason to think that "this" Garou was stronger than Orochi-Psykos. Far from it. I don't even think a Tatsumaki-Bang battle would be impressive, she'd likely win very easily unless she's caught off guard. The gap between on one hand Blast and Tatsumaki, and on the other hand the rest of the S-class, seems enormous.

Well since she is my favorite character is have done a lot of research on her so im gonna explain my own thoughts on tatsumaki. one, is bealieve she could defeat awakened garou like mid-high dif because well in her fight with pshyko-orochi SHE WAS HOLDING BACK. She intentionally didnt wanna kill them with her attach in fear that would kill all other s-class heroes present at the raid if she wanted to she çözüldü end the fight in one blow and lastly for speed we know from a little story of her daily life that when she want to she can fly around the earth in a few seconds (1-2) so thats why i believe she's somewhat underestimated. I honestly would put flashy flash above bang. It was stated that a single punch from garou would kill bang and the only reason he survived in that fight long enough was because he was deflecting and cancelling out those punches while ff took on several of those punches. So I do thinks in terms of raw offensive power bang is stronger but ff is much faster and more durable than bang

Ok, for Metal bat, while yes, Garou did more against Sage centipede, however MB by actual feats still tanked Sage centipede full weight ramming him, who is continental in size, destroying a good chunk of city Z, as well as damage his antennae which Garou who previously evolved and stomp PS had trouble actually destroying. That durability eclipses literally any S class feat besides Tatsumaki and of course Blast. Which is why he is way higher than what you put him at, at least imo. While it's true Murata stated sonic is faster, MB was able to jump all the way to Sages face in a single panel, the distance and time for that to happen would mean MB would be moving over a 100x the speed of sound, as well as still react to Garou who again is much faster than even Flashy Flash. aslo the fact this was way back before the monster association arc gave him nutty feats.

They both grow stronger as they fight, creating an infinite loop. 3. Awaken Garou was stated to be the strongest monster in the series at that time, while base Orochi could defeat Groribas, Melzargard & Geryuganshoop at once. Geryuganshoop was stated to be as strong as Tatsumaki, but was significantly more creative, thus better. The only character that was stated to be equal to Awakened Garou was Boros & even then Garou had better technique.

I would personally put 3P over TTM and FF over Bang. Bang was only stated to might have a chance of defeating Garou if using the technique, there is no guarantee.
