Genos didn't really lose the fight against Sonic -- Saitama prevented him from blowing up the entire place as a response to the fact he couldn't hit Sonic with uni-directional blows. Sonic would most likely just get the hell away from the range of the blast anyway, which would've prevented him from landing a hit on Genos too. ONE, the creator of OPM (or was it Murata, the illustrator of the manga and basically co-creator now?), said that they were evenly matched at that point.

Tank top master is actually nigh unkillable he's one of the most durable hero in the series. He's also one of the few "good" heroes who's not egotistical, and definitely the nicest tank top hero lol

In japanese is Garou but the final -u is silent so Garo or Garoo is an alternative way of writing his name

Not really silent but the "u" after a "o" is just meant to show it's a "long" o. That's why it can be writen Garoo too in romaji. I guess that in other languages saying Garo is close enough and it doesn't really matter, short or long vowels aren't that noticeable.

Be careful to continue reading the dialogues when you interact, Saitama asked who Garou was, so no he didn't know who Garou was. His initial remark ("found you") was about the wig, not Garou. As Garou is now, he's nowhere near strong enough to even just attract Saitama's attention if they fight.

As others have pointed out, Saitama has no idea who that was. To him, Garou was just some thug trying to mug him or something while he was busy shopping for that wig. What I NEED you to notice is that when Saitama takes Garou's chop as though it's nothing at all, Garou is SO DAMN SCARED that he starts sweating on the spot, and the sweat defies gravity and goes upwards lmao! It kills me every time I see it.

They bully people to get famous and then use their fame to coerce those who are weaker then them so everyone does what they want. In OPM a lot of heroes are very egotistical and let's not forget that even Puri Puri who is a literal prison rapist is allowed to act freely just because he is a strong hero and no one can stop him. Meanwhile in the comics he saw as a kid most monsters had actually pretty understandable reasons (like the dude created out of pollution trying to stop humanity from destroying the world) and they still got destroyed by "heroes" so he applies that same logic to every single hero: why do heroes have to win if they're shitty people?

One thing you should note about Saitama is that as established in season one, anytime he fights a human, he holds back only using a tiny bit of his power. He only ever fights monsters semi-seriously and fatally. He still even holds back with monsters as evidenced by the fact that so far only Boros has ever received his "Serious Move Series: Serious Punch".
