I checked out your video of it. The time lapsed run looked beautiful! You did all the reps in a row for each exercise, which I only did on the last day. Every day before that I would do 25 sit-ups, 25 pushups, 25 squats and repeat up to 100 reps.

Agreed! The calisthenics took like 15 minutes but the runs took 50-60 minutes each.
