There are basically freelancers, students in animation, Many KZbinrs who make Pixar level 3d scenes, Ufotable level fight scenes, Studio Ghibli level art and animation etc. you just don't know. Why aren't they making anime fight scenes? Because no one pays for this, even though many are part of the fandom. As a starter, visit a YT channel pwnisher and watch the intro video on his channel, the Top 100 3D Renders one. It will give you a general idea about the talent on the Internet. There's just no one that'll pay them for fan animations.

It’s at most multi galaxy level EDIT: the feat has been evaluated it’s multi solar system level. EDIT 2: if we take into account that murata has shown galaxies to be visible and we plug in the distance to the andromeda galaxy into the equation, the blast becomes galaxy level.

No offense or hate i can clearly see you don't know anything about the universe. Basically we humans from earth can see galaxies with naked eye. There are billions and billions and billions of galaxies in the universe and on a large scale makes out an observable universe. The hole we see that Saitama and garou made by doing simple calculations they easily destroyed a few billion galaxies. And garou literally has the entire universe inside him. Chapter 166 cover page we can see the constellation in his chest which is present in our universe. Yes murata uses real life logic in his manga for example. Jupiter moon IO, GRB's, black holes, real life martial arts techniques, gravity based attacks, dimensions etc. Garou emits cosmic radiation which is present only in the universe aka cosmic web. And garou can create hyperspace portals with his single finger which is a 4D feat. And Saitama can grab hyperspace. So yea it's not hard to figure out garou is peak universal. And considering Saitama is literally throwing him around Saitama is most probably even higher than that. And we will see his true powers against the god itself. And yea garou folds Goku.
