Despite of the show, My favorite part of Season 2 of One Punch Man in my opinion was the fight between Bang vs Garou was easily the best moment in the OPM series as of yet. I’m surprised Bang still had it in him to go blow for blow with Garou despite his age. Golden S is what I would basically put as an equal, if not slightly less powerful than the baseform Orochi, and what we see with Golden S right now is what "Above dragon" truly looks like. Shits on Dragon monsters, makes even most of the most powerful S class look like ants. With the state they're currently in then I would be surprised if they could take Golden S down on their own, I suspect it will be more of a massacre at this point. But as we know, Garou still has one hurdle left. He has definitely become a Dragon, but he hasn't gone above dragon yet. So I'm hyped!
