If by any chance you had to use spikeweed/rock, use them in the flower levels because they 2 of them can be placed on top of the flowers to allow zombies to walk over them without losing.

It’s intended. This works for all Plants. Spikeweed just happens to be ideal since Zombies walk over it.

Idea: After this series, it could be cool to see *how many* slots every level in the game takes, after everything is said and done - going back to the impossible levels and seeing how much you need to push it to beat them. Just an idea, though. No pressure! And I’m not sure how entertaining it would be, but I personally think it would be neat.

5:28 this level is absolutely possible, i beat it with only Reapeters (I'm doing an "only using 150 sun cost plants or more" challenge) You just need to spam Reapeter's PF many times, and Stalling the zombies as much as possible

I have a feeling the "Produce X amount of Sun" levels may be possible with one seed slot if you use a Boosted Sun Bean. Then again, i'm not sure if Boosting plants via Zen Garden/gems counts as breaking the rules, plus I haven't actually played PvZ2 since they made Blooming Heart seedium, so... Don't take my word for it.

Hey mate, very nice video. I honestly cannot conceive of trying to play the game with only one seed slot. Also, ‘PvZ2 is considered hard’ is now very funny to me as someone who has gotten quite good at the game.

Frostbite caves day 30 is possible if you bend the rules a bit. I used a fire pea boost to beat it, and it worked really well. I’m gonna test using regular fire pea (yes I know it’s gemium, but I really wanna give this a shot) Update 1: So far, it’s possible with a level 4 fire pea. I can’t test anything else yet until I start a new account and get to day 30 with a level 1 fire pea. Wish me luck

My default strategy for most of the game was "fill the middle row with sun generators, lightning reeds everywhere else, eventually set up an advanced column of nuts to protect them" - they scale at crowd control effectively, they bypass a number of really annoying gimmicks, and most important for this challenge the more you have the better they get; they mostly struggle dealing with high-value zombies like gargantuars and wizards, and even then it's as easy to deal with four of them as it is with one

I think you can beat the Frostbite Caves boss. Since he doesn’t spawn zombie and only makes ice blocks, you could stall until you have enough fire peashooters and place hem only in the middle row. It will take a while but I think eventually you will win.

On conveyor levels you'll get more plant spawns if the conveyor is empty, you should plant then shovel all the unwanted plants to get more of the plants you can use Seems like you were doing that on some levels and not others?

Brother the challenge is one seed SLOT. conveyer levels don’t use slots so therefore should be allowed. Even if that’s “bending the rules” better to allow conveyers to slide then to hear “impossible impossible impossible “ for ever damn level. It just makes for a better viewing experience bro😊

Honestly, conveyor levels shouldn't count. They aren't affected by how many seed slots you have. If you made a mod to make it so you actually had only one seed slot available, you could still play the conveyor levels normally.

In the produce x sun level you can try to only pic sunflower produce sun with it and stall the zombies until the last wave and let the lawn mowers kill the zombies

using only level 1 plants and not spending any gold or gems, it's possible to beat not just every level but also the extra hard event levels. No powerups, gemium/premium plants, high level plants, just regular vanilla plants
