Great hunt makes me home sick. I remember doing this with my father and my uncle when I was younger.i love the working of your great dogs. Love too watch you guys from my home state I've hunted rabbits with slingshots air rifles many types of guns and archery equipment. anyway is a good just to get out and hunt that's why it's called hunting not killing great job anyway.hey your dog's did their job.👍

I run my dog in w.v. Followed you’re instructions on starting her she pounds a rabbet Owen her on but she has trouble with packing up.can you do a video on that .she is 8 mounts now would like her to go with my friends dogs Thank you Love your channel .

.410, nice work with the little bullets. I shoot an 1100 12g modified choke, 1 oz number 6s for all my fall game, rabbit, squirrel and pheasant. For coyote I use Ithaca model 37 12g modified choke, 1 1/4 Remington express number 2s. Kicks like a mule but I am lucky to take one shot a season, so no problem. Same gun for deer with 1 0z Remington slug deer slayer barrel.

My uncle used nothing but a .410 to hunt rabbits. My dad always shot a Remington Model 17 20 gauge.

Had a hunt like tht today! Dogs ran well, we just couldn't get a shot to save our lives. 4 hunters, 7 dogs. Ended up with 2 rabbits and a squirrel. Stay blessed man! Oh, where is Tarzan?

Sometimes it be like that...tough, but fun days! I sold Tarzan and a few months later he was hit by a car. He was a good, young dog. Still had some more developing to do, but he was progressing well.

I had one where we only got 3 rabbits all day because they wouldnt jump till the dogs were right on them. And right in front of us where we couldnt get shot without hitting the dogs. I remember one would not run out and when the dog got to it. It jumped over the dog and back the other way. Lol tough hunt but fun to see the dogs react to that. My best dog Lucy looked at me like did you just see that boss? And took back off on the chase.

I'm running a six pack now. By the end of the season it will be a nine pack. I have three strong female puppies coming on very good!! I have 3 more grown dogs that are solid rabbit dogs, but I don't run them with this pack much. One is too old, one too slow, and one too fast...LOL!

Just started watching your videos after reading your article in Field and Stream magazine! Rabbit hunting is a dying breed. Had one of those tough days rabbit hunting today in south eastern Ohio chasing big timber woods rabbits. Hounds did great shot one for them. Woods so thick need some snow to be able to get on them with the gun! Keep videos coming from Ohio!
