To correct this, the infinite damage bug has absolutely nothing to do with either hurricane duration, thunderstruck or overpower. It's just hurricane weirdly multiplying its damage when you refresh it via free Nature's Fury casts even when you have none of the above.

Currently playing the boulder build right now and I have the shako, starless skies, tibaults will, and dolmen stone. I have no masterworks I'm lvl 80 beating lvl 114 mobs/bosses with ease. Edit: it's still fun but you won't get those huge numbers (from what I'm playing now I get 500k-300k crits a lot) I tried the tempest which is good for spirit especially if you don't have the starless skies.

Hey Rob, idk if the build on the page is different because I have the same aspects and I get out of spirit, you can throw like infinite boulders and I just do like 4 o 5 tops, not sure if it's the glyphs or ir something different on the skill tree.

Question about Unique vs Legendary. Played some of the PTR over the weekend and I started questioning why we would use a Unique over a Legendary item now? Noticed that on a Legendary, I can get say 20% attack speed or like 10% critical chance -where on a Unique, the attack speed might be only 4% and on a glove like ersu’s, its conditional and only fireball gets that attack speed. and like crit chance -the max on the Unique was lower than the minimum on a Legendary. It also has lower attributes on two of the other four than what you can get on a Legendary. So I’d rather use a Legendary item than the Unique. -plus on a Legendary, you get the two Tempered powers as well. The power of a bouncing fireball wasn’t enough to make me want to switch gloves to the Unique, even with the boost in ranks. On a Sorc, I found this for a few Legendary items -leg slots -wands -boots -chest. In each case the Unique I used in season 2 and 3 is no longer good enough for me to want to switch out a Legendary item with two Temper attributes. Did anyone else find this also or am I missing something?? Do you also think they need to boost the attributes on Uniques to at least match what you get on the Legendary items now? -and actually a Unique should be higher (like have more crit chance or more attack speed) than a Legendary.

Recently, I read that Akira Toriyama followed fan made content about Dragon Ball, after DBZ finished. He discovered the creator of Dragonball AF, and now that guy is the successor for the DB series. If Toriyama watched fan content, I wonder if anyone from Blizzard does? There are probably people who are giving Blizzard certain critiques, but who have found secrets that they hope Blizzard doesn't remove. Perhaps they share the secrets with their viewers, but not with Blizzard through the PTR. It makes me wonder if Blizzard could be coming to KZbin to find the potential builds for Season 4, and just throw a wrench in our plans.

The one exception I think would be a perfectly built character with perfect and rare gear. Someone who is set up like that has put in enough time and effort to be op for a while. Even then, it shouldn't 1 shot everything. Just a few bosses.

@@kennyhouser3467 listern i get it but I think in my personal opinion that uber 200 bosses should be the hardest content in the game and should give 100 percent drop chance on near all gear with perfect stats and should almost life threatening and when you achieve it you have huge sense of relief i like the fear of death not buffed hp bar it needs alot of tweaks these bosses and porting in out of town or logging back to clear stacks needs to be fixed.

I'm very lost. I thought I knew what the bug was, and that everytime Hurricane gets proc'd via Natures Fury that it triggers another stack of Aspect of the Tempest... but you're not even using that aspect. So what is causing Hurricanes damage to scale up? The duration of the hurricane scaling matches the duration of your hurricane (18 seconds), so my suspicion is that it's increasing it's damage with every cast instead of every second until the original duration is met... but you're not using that aspect so something is really broken.

yeah thought that to at first... as far as I know from conversations with other players the procs from nature's fury are probably layering hurricanes other another. that's why the ramp stops (or drops when you stopped casting boulder) as soon es the first hurricane runs out. what I'm still baffled about is why Rob is using retaliation... hurricane is still not a core skill ^^

Why would Stampede(I think you may have meant Shepherd's but it doesn't matter anyway) be used? It's Hurricane that's doing ridiculous damage, not Boulder. Stampede does nothing for Hurricane.

Hurricane is a wrath skill. As soon as you wear Dolmen, it overrides the wrath tag and Boulder becomes a core skill. It's literally in the item description.

So weird that Thunderstruck can go this high, but Earthen Devastation, also in Druid, is extremely capped. Thunderstruck should be capped too. Btw, Dmg to Distant gives you a higher multiplier on Thunderstruck than Dmg to Close, because the Dmg to Distant affix value is higher (10% higher in the base value)

Neither should be capped. Coded damage has never been a problem for Druids and the class actually needs more, especially Bear form. Every super op damage ability Druid has ever had was a result of a bug. Nothing intended does ridiculous damage.

@@kennyhouser3467 Tornado in pre-season was dealing an insane amount of dmg without any bugs, just because of how broken Rampaging Werebeast used to be. Even Lightning Storm was absurd with an aspect given it 999% multiplier. And yes, both nodes need to be capped. If this result in druid being too weak, then Blizz should buff the class in a health way. Infinite scaling is stupid, specially in these cases that limits the class itemization.

Just to give you a heads up it levels slow compared to other classes. Why most people don’t make it to end game. I’ve played Druid since beta so you learn how to go faster but the avg player usually hates the leveling process and stops. So just remember that so hopefully you can push through it.

They need to start balancing the skills in the game. Hurricane can snapshot overpower, whirlwind can't overpower because Adam Jackson doesn't want whirlwind to snapshot overpower. They should keep the PTR open until season 4 starts. Or they could add it to the eternal realm and use it like a PTR because there's no seasonal mechanics in the PTR

@@kennyhouser3467 yes whirlwind has been a joke since season 1 and can't do any damage without dust devils. And dust devils should be removed from the game because barbarian isn't a caster class. Adam Jackson can play druid instead of ruin barbarian with dust devils. Whirlwind is the only skill they nerfed as soon as they discovered that it could do alot of damage and was fun.It didn't take months. And compared to other skills whirlwind wasn't OP. So I have every right to complain.

This will be fixed by live. Hurricane is bugged and stacking in itself. It is not meant to act this way at all

Yes, it's the result of a bug. The Tempest Aspect stacks damage infinitely per second Hurricane is active and doesn't reset. On the live server it resets after 8 or 9 seconds. This is why Rob needs to understand what he's looking at while slinging mud and deflecting away from Barbs. He did the same crap in AoZ with poison shred. Then poison shred got completely gutted, and Barbs were still broken. It's kinda slimey actually. It'd be different if he used the same approach and language across the board, but he doesn't.

@@kennyhouser3467So did they patch the shred poison, right? Thats good to know because they may patch this up too. I want to play the new minions or frost conj. Sorc, but if that hurricane thing exist, I need to try it. (Surely they don't patch it on release, I lvl up my druid char to 80, get his gear and then they nerf it).
