Notes: 1. Feel free to use boneless pork chops but I recommend bone-in pork chops because there’s more fatty goodness around the bone, which gives the chops a juicer flavor and texture. 2. When pork chops are soaked in brine mixture, it helps make it incredibly moist, tender, & packed with flavor, and the salt in the brine helps the meat better retain moisture during cooking. Hope everybody is doing great! Happy Wednesday!❤

These pork chops brined in apple cider vinegar and cooked with fresh apple slices, bourbon, and sage are a great one-pan meal. It’s juicy, moist, and scrumptious! Don’t wait for autumn to try it haha This deserves to be on a weeknight dinner or even on a holiday table. It’s so good!😋 I hope everyone has a great start to a great year!🥂 Stay warm! A stainless steel skillet but I would recommend a cast iron skillet. It maintains consistent heat and will cook the pork chops evenly, giving that beautiful browned crust we all love. Hope that helps.❤
