I can say as someone who doesn't like Sci Fi that Red Rising is great! However I do think there's a lot of yapping about things characters are GOING to do and less doing LOL very dark themes at points! I personally only read the first three books since there's a big time gap after that and I was kinda sci fi-ed out.

@@idkpaigely girl! just for the summer is also a series!!! theres the friend zone series and then the part of your world series which both have 3 books! just for the summer is technically the last in the part of your world series, but they're romance series so they can be read as stand alones :)

I couldn’t get into The Housemaid, so my mystery thriller cozy fall suggestion is Middle of the Night by Riley Sager. It’s the first book I’ve really liked by him. Also if you want super cozy fall vibes then I would suggest In the Company of Witches and the sequel When the Crow’s Away. They’re about witches who own a B&B and solve mysteries. Definitely gives Practical Magic type cozy vibes.

Sooooo, this is a bit weird but when you named Archer's Voice I remembered not liking it. Naturally, I went to Goodreads and checked my review and I'm one of the few that marked it at 1 stars with a written review. Overall, the book treated the conflicts in such a poor way that I ended not caring about any of it and being extremely mad at the characters.
