Asking Mykel to be better than Javon isn’t unfair, it’s uneducated. Just because Walker didn’t get stats doesn’t mean he wasn’t hugely impactful on the defense. Williams just need to be impactful.

agreed. travon walker had a huge impact 2 years ago that didn't necessarily show up on the stat sheet. he was asked to do so much for someone his size 6'5 265ish. the best example was against florida in 2021 before the first half ended and we put 3 quick scores on the board. Travon went from the edge and dropped back into coverage, read Richardson's eyes and layed out to tip the pass, resulting in an INT (pick 6 I think). it was shockingly athletic and I think mykel has similar athleticism.

Travon was a good UGA player but to date, he's struggled in the NFL making a real impact day after day. He had flashed but his PFF grade is poor through two seasons
