The first time I saw this, when they killed the spy, I thought "He's a dead ringer." I'd been dealing with dead ringer spys all day and it was habit to just assume dead ringer. It was still funny as hell when it happened though.

I think this should have gotten at the very least a nomination. This is absolute gold, not only does it show exactly how I feel when I play engi or sniper it is also very well animated and hilarious. I've watched this more times than any other saxxy nomination, it is by far my favorite.

The razorback is for snipers who stick with the teams pushes rather then isolate themselves, because if a spy shoots the sniper with ambassador or any revolver while within a push, that spy is going to be raped by anyone because he revealed himself. Use different weapons in certain situations.

Ikr i hate dead ringer personally because it encourages spies to be reckless which Take Stealth out of the class Logic of a DR spy "oh they found me its ok ill just spam DR and never die" plus it grants damage protection DURING the cloak which makes it so easy for them to just camp health and supplies

deathtoisa I do that with an invis watch and amby and some matadorstabs, it does not require much skill, just to make sure you lure them making them really wanna kill you, if they don't, you are pretty much useless.

I also forgot to mention once the sniper is killed it will make a "SNIPER IS DEAD!" sound on the enemy team. Also you'd take more damage, cant throw it, and it shows a animation of you beating the shit out of the sniper.

New weapon: The Shield Basher -Replaces Sapper -Removes razorbacks from snipers, but cannot damage them in any way from knife for 5 seconds -once razorback is removed, can use like weapon -fan of war damage -can be thrown, but have to grab another razorback to use again

i know the perfect way to balance spy, you see physics says that if you're invisible, or that light can pass through you then that means that you should also be blind since no light can be received by your retinas so in order for spy to be balanced you should be blind for the entire time that you are cloaked. the skill would still be there just more in memorization and less in hiding and waiting. this would also either make the cloak-and-do-nothing more or less effective.

It's more of a psychological deterrent. If there are multiple people in an area a spy would be much less likely to stab a Razorback sniper because it would leave him vulnerable for vital seconds. Even in less crowed areas a Spy may just walk past a Razorback sniper simply because it is too much of a hassle to go for the double or triple revolver shot, whereas a quick backstab would have taken no time at all.

There is truly no greater irony. The rage coming from snipers who find out the hard way that the razorback doesn't make them bullet proof is comedy gold. Who would have thought a shield with a car battery stuck to it doesn't prevent spies from shooting you in the face? (Though because I have piss poor aim I usually go for the stock pistol or enforcer. One of the reasons I hate snipers is because I suck balls playing as one XD).

spies....spies everywhere...Pyro,sniper, engineer and a teammate spy are a great combo. Spy and Sniper to kill incoming enemies. Engineer to lure out enemy spies for Pyro. Pyro to annihilate and make the enemy spies suffer, he is the bane of spies.
