What an incredible career. Acting with Hitchcock, directing and acting in the A. Hitchcock Presents half-hours, then starring in St. Elsewhere, several generations ago. A quiet giant. I used to love his role on St. Elsewhere long before I knew of his past career. How can there ever be anyone like him?

I watched Norman Lloyd in many shows and programs . He always seemed to have a kind streak about him. My woman's intuition says that he was a kind man actor or not. 💓 RIP Mr. Lloyd ☮️ Peace be with you.

An outstanding character actor who worked with Orson Welles and Alfred Hitchcock. I remember him in the excellent War film, A Walk In The Sun. He was in one of my favorite Night Gallery episodes "A Feast of Blood". A long and distinguished acting career. Will miss him.

The script writer wasn't too bad, either: "Couldn't the world struggle along without me? I mean, if it really tried." Script writers don't get enough credit, imo. That line is hilarious, and the actress delivered it!

I completely agree with you. I don't wish to suffer sickness, or old age. I don't really believe we were meant to grow old or die. People just think that, because it happens all the time. However, just because something happens ALL the time doesn't mean it makes sense that it SHOULD happen....smh. Please take a quick look at this information and decide for yourself. If you enjoy or agree with the idea that we should all grow old, sick, and die, then I ask you to please forgive me for bothering, or offending you with this information that goes against that popular thought. I'm not wishing to offend you or anyone. @@everydayeveryday982 Dear Everyday, Everyday you're most welcome. My mother sadly doesn't agree with me, and insists I'm just absolutely ridiculously foolish for believing in such nonsense. I love my mom very, very much and would never, ever wish to argue with her. I am forever in her debt for all that she's done for me. However, I still continue to believe in what the Bible says about our original purpose here which was derailed and ruined by Adam & Eve, (which my mom also says NEVER existed) and that I'm confusing reality. When it comes to our God from Heaven, I tend to believe EVERYTHING he says he will do, and everything he says happened. He was here waaaay before me, I can not argue with you, if you were here first and you created EVERYTHING. I sincerely hope this message of this great day of hope for (you) and all of us creates a desire to want more out of your life than just Taxes and Death. Please be safe and may God give you everlasting life with those you love, right here on Earth, and never having to worry about losing those you love ever again. Psalm 37:29 The righteous will possess the Earth and they will live forever on it. (That's you, if you're ever interested)

A few years ago, on TCM: Norman Lloyd: "You know, Ben, I'm over eighty years old --" Ben Mankiewicz: "Norman! You're a hundred and two!" -- Mr. Lloyd had been telling the same story in every interview for twenty years...And telling it the same way, including the "I'm over eighty years old" bit, for all that time...!
