John Newland's final comments here were very ponderous. He made another interesting comment about fate on another episode that I still think about.

It makes you think but in the end, “fate” is something we shouldn’t ever endeavor to find out. Pursuit of such knowledge has ruined marriages and nations alike. Better to take 1 day at a time and make the best of it. Sure, invest in the future but don’t make an idol out of it like she did.

I don't think it's about fate at all... I think it's about fearful ppl being very carefully chosen to be shown things that will trigger their fear so that THEY THEMSELVES will bring it about. If she had never been shown that vision, or if she had just decided to let it all go, she would never have acted upon it and it would therefore, never have occured - the entire thing depended upon HER being so scared and being so hyperfocused on her fear that she brought it about all by herself. Stuff like that ONLY comes from the enemy in the spirit and if he can get us to start questioning our ability to determine our fate for ourselves, or even our own power to choose our own actions, then he can persuade us to give up as well. These are all just tactics of the devil, and he is boring and predictable becoz he's been doing this since time began... nothing new, just the same old boring unimaginative tricks. Now if you want to see something original, start focusing on Jehovah God and his prophecies which he hands down on a regular basis now that we have entered the period of the last days... THAT is spectacular!

Give me a woman like Emily. I would give up 40 years of my life for a year with her.
