Is it just me or is the new map more rural, fewer signage, fewer poles... and just harder?

I think all of those things are true. I'm really struggling with this map. I think in the long run it'll make me a better player, but for now it's quite painful.

@@whereswetzler4009 I've played the new map a dozen or so times and just got a repeat. They're definitely going to be working the kinks out. Wouldn't be surprised if they make adjustments.

compared to? Compared to Official World which I think was used for master before yeah possibly, official world has a lot of info even NM and a lot of small countries but compared to Varied World which was used for champion this map is much much easier as varied world is deliberately handpicked to have lot of baity locations and GG Saturday is just a very standard generated map very similar to Rainbolt World. They all have 100k+ locations so any differences you feel in the frequency of repeats is your mind playing tricks on you. GG Saturday in theory has way more locations but Geoguessr only supports 100k so the mapmaker uploads a new set of locations every month which should eliminate repeats on a monthly basis and that is also really the only unique feature of this map.
