ONE STEP FROM JERUSALEM PART 2

Some time ago I wrote this Song One Step From Jerusalem and found some very old beautiful (PD) video footage for it that was over 100 years old.
An unexplained occurrence in the background is taking place at at the start to of this Short. I am not sure exactly happens in the background, maybe some one can explain the unusual figure that passes through unnoticed?
